Uninstalling using the ZoomUninstaller file is the only thing that worked. Upon reinstalling all is good. Super annoying glitch but thanks so much for sharing your experience for the rest of us! Problem solved I tried this several times and it still isn’t working for me. Uninstalled exactly as outlined in the instructions, restarted, downloaded again, and nothing. My internet is working fine, and I don’t have any firewalls put up. This is so frustrating. It was working just fine for weeks prior to this.
